The Virtual Roundtables on Asian Law is an online series hosted by the Centre for Asian Legal Studies (CALS) at the National University of Singapore. The series convenes legal experts to share critical perspectives on current issues in law across Asia. It is open to academics, public officials, members of civil society, and legal practitioners globally who wish to gain deeper knowledge of contemporary legal developments.

Responding to Regulating Religion in Asia (Cambridge University Press, 2020), edited by Jaclyn L. Neo, Arif A. Jamal and Daniel P.S. Goh, the featured panelists consider how law regulates religion and how social actors respond to such regulations, exploring the complex relationship between law and religion across multiple jurisdictions.
